Suzy Royal

Suzy Royal is an independent curator based in Berlin. As head curator at Berlin’s Enter Art Foundation, she produced an exhibition series including 300 emerging and mid-career artists from all over the world. Currently, she works primarily with emerging artists and runs an artist studio program in Berlin.
She holds an MA from the Courtauld Institute in London and a PhD from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, both in art history. With her international experience in museums such as the Getty Museum and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, auction houses, academia, galleries, as well as a non-profit art foundation, she has a deep understanding of the art world and the industry behind it.
