Medical Museion | Open Call - Metabolic Arts Gathering

Exploring the relationship between art-science and metabolism, The Metabolic Arts Gathering takes an experimental format to bring artists together for ongoing dialogue. The Medical Museion in Copenhagen, Denmark invites artists to take part in a series of monthly meetings over the course of a year involving discussions and art exchange in order to encourage future collaborations.

Rewards: 60,000 DKK (~€8,000), travel budget + exchange with interdisciplinary practitioners

Culture Moves Europe | Mobility Grants for Artists and Professionals

The recently announced Culture Moves Europe program is the new permanent travel grant scheme for artists across Europe. With a focus on emerging artists and cultural professionals, this scheme will offer monthly opportunities to receive funding to travel for artistic projects.

Rewards: Travel grants up to €700 with top-ups available + daily allowance including accommodation

AWARE | Research Residency at Villa Vassilieff

AWARE: Archives of Women Artists, Research and Exhibitions offers the opportunity to research women and non-binary photographers and video artists in Paris. In this new three-month artist residency program, residents will be hosted at the spectacular Villa Vassilieff which is equipped with AWARE’s extensive archive of nearly 3,000 references on women artists.

Rewards: €900 per month, round-trip travel, accommodation, studio + facilities

VR_ | Realities in Transition - XR Residency

The Realities in Transition Residency at V2_ Lab in Rotterdam, the Netherlands responds to the rapidly changing experience of digital content caused by extended reality, or XR. During this two-month artist-in-residence program, participating artists will be trained in an XR workshop, have access to V2_’s state-of-the-art facilities and have the opportunity to present their work to the public.

Rewards: €2,000 stipend, €3,000 accommodation and subsistence, €2,000 production + €300 travel
