Museum of Typography | Climate Justice Poster Design Contest

For their 7th International Poster Contest titled “Planet Earth at the ecological crossroad”, the Museum of Typography in Chania, Greece is calling for submissions. In this open call, the poster is seen as a messenger for environmental awareness and a crucial player in the efforts to tackle climate change.

La Biennale di Venezia | Biennale College Architettura - Call for Artists Working with Built Environment

The Venice Biennale announces its first ever Biennale College Architettura, an educational program for young designers, researchers and architects, to take place in June and July, 2023. The program asks how to centralize processes of decolonization and decarbonization within architectural and built environment design practices. With direct access to resources offered by the Venice Biennale as well as experimental formats of exchange with renowned practitioners and peers, this exciting open call is not to be missed.

Resilence / S+T+ARTS | Call to Design Soundscapes of Future Cities

The Resilence project enables collaborations between designers, architects, artists, scientists and researchers on sound-based projects related to urban environments. This program provides funding for these actors to design art-driven technologies that envision the sound of future cities. An unconventional residency program that may take place in multiple locations, designers who are interested in interdisciplinary collaborations and new technologies should consider applying.

Rewards: €40,000 funding for artists, access to state-of-the-art technologies + collaboration
