Bucharest International Experimental Film Festival | Call for Films
The Bucharest International Experimental Film Festival (BIEFF) aims to promote highly innovative films and filmmakers with strong personal views on contemporary reality, which also daringly explore the boundaries of cinematic language. The program includes two short film competitions, special short and feature film programs, exhibitions and installations.
Rewards: Film screening, total awards sum of €4,000 in cash and approx. €20,000 in post-production services.
Lo schermo dell'arte | VISIO – European Programme on Artists’ Moving Images
VISIO – European Programme on Artists’ Moving Images is a research, residency, and production programme dedicated to young, Europe-based artists who use moving images in their artistic practice. Eight artists will be selected and invited to Florence and will have the opportunity to develop their own original project in dialogue with international curators and producers.
Rewards: €10-15,000 funding, exhibition, travel, and more.

Festival Panoràmic | Open Panoràmic 2026
Panoràmic is a festival of arts and visual cultures that explores the relationship between disciplines such as cinema, photography, and emerging image-based practices. This open call invites national and international creators to take part in the tenth edition of the Panoràmic festival, revolving around the concept “Burning with Desire.”
Rewards: €1,000 prize, €400 artist fee, exhibition, and more.
DOK Leipzig | DOK Neuland Call for XR and Expanded Filmmaking Works
Every year during the festival week, DOK Leipzig’s extended reality exhibition DOK Neuland invites visitors to experience compelling stories outside of the traditional cinema setting. Their open call invites artists to submit proposals in XR and expanded filmmaking.
Rewards: Baseline honorarium of €150, exhibition, and more.
100 Voices of Florida | 2026 Grant Cycle
Receive up to $5,000 to use how you choose! Finishing funds, festival submission fees, cast and crew reimbursements, production, or anything else you think of. 100 Voices of Florida supports storytellers, from various backgrounds, levels of expertise, and genres, who bet on themselves. Applicants can be based anywhere.
