Provincetown Art Association and Museum | The Robert Motherwell and Renate Ponsold Research Fellowship
The Robert Motherwell and Renate Ponsold Research Fellowship is a one-year, low-residency program that supports scholars conducting original research on the visual art and artists of Outer Cape Cod. Fellows utilize PAAM’s collections, archives, and research resources to develop projects that contribute to the scholarly understanding of the region’s cultural history
Rewards: $25,000 stipend and travel and housing allowance up to $5,000
Yves Klein Foundation | Research Grant
The purpose of the new The Yves Klein Foundation Research Grant is to support the renewal of scholarship dedicated to the artist and to encourage deeper exploration of his work, ideas and enduring creative legacy. It is intended for emerging researchers of any nationality and aims to foster new narratives, situate the artist’s work within a broader cultural context, shed light on its resonance with contemporary societal and ecological challenges and consider its reception across diverse geographies.
Rewards: CHF 6,000 grant, travel, and accommodation costs

Social Science Research Council | Just Tech Fellowship
The Just Tech Fellowship supports rigorous, original, and community-grounded work that addresses pressing questions about how technology shapes society and public life. The program is designed for researchers, artists, and practitioners whose work advances thoughtful, practical, and imaginative approaches to how technology is designed, governed, and experienced in public life.
Rewards: Award of up to $60,000, mentoring and more
MUUS Collection | Research Fellowship
MUUS Collection Research Fellowship is awarded to a curator or academic. The grant will allow the Fellow to spend time in MUUS Collection’s archives and use their new MUUSEUM Research Portal to develop an exhibition or publication concept based on works within the collections.
Rewards: $20,000 grant
University of Saskatchewan | Structurist Creative Research Fellowship
This fellowship was established to carry forward the critical intentions of The Structurist: an international, interdisciplinary journal founded in 1960 by Eli Bornstein that addresses art, architecture, ecology, culture, and communication. The program supports work that contributes to these discursive fields in active and contemporary ways and works to thicken, rather than mythologize, the journal’s prevailing ethos.
