3 bis f | Artist-in-Residence Program

In the unique location of a former psychiatric hospital, 3 bis f has been developing a space for contemporary performing and visual arts since 1983. The 3 bis f residency programs offer space for artists and performing arts companies to research or produce new work, for various lengths of time up to several months. Interested applicants should be proficient in French.

Caza d'Oro | Artist Residency

Caza d'Oro is an artist residency located in Mas d'Azil, Ariège, acting as an intermediary space within a rural context. Resident artists are selected by a committee and hosted for a three month period. Applications are open year round.

Rewards: €1,200/month living allowance, €1,800 production costs, studio, exhibition, and more.

La Maison Dora Maar | Fellowship for Artists and Humanities Professionals

In the 1930’s and 1940’s, Picasso’s companion and muse, Dora Maar, would spend her summers in solitude in a 19th century townhouse in Ménerbes. Today, the house is known as La Maison Dora Maar, and offers an artist residency that is brimming with history and creativity. Mid-career arts and humanities professionals can focus on their work at La Maison Dora Maar in the South of France for up to two months.

Triangle-Astérides | Artist Residency

Located in a former tobacco factory in the center of Marseille, Triangle supports artists and serves diverse and expanding audiences. Through an annual open call process local and international artists are welcomed to apply for the well-regarded studio and residency programs that are conducive to artistic research, experimentation and production.
