Tulsa Artist Fellowship 2027–2029

The three-year Tulsa Artist Fellowship is committed to cultivating an environment where artists and arts workers invested in community can thrive. Through sustained financial support, access to resources, and opportunities for connection, the Fellowship enables awardees to focus deeply on their artistic practice while engaging meaningfully with Tulsa.

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Rewards: $150,000 project development and artistic practice stipend, $36,000 housing stipend, $1,500 studio move-in stipend, $3,600 studio assistant stipend, $3,600 health and wellness stipend, private studio, and more.

Studio Museum Harlem | Residency Program

Every year, the Studio Museum offers an eleven-month residency for three local, national, or international artists working in any media. The Artist-in-Residence program offers artists an unparalleled opportunity to develop their practice from within the Museum’s walls.

Location: New York City, United States
Rewards: $50,000 stipend, private studio, and more.

The Nicholson Project | Residency Program

Nicholson’s Artist Residency is housed in a restored row house, coupled with a large organic neighborhood garden situated on the adjoining property, and a three-room gallery on the first floor — all working in tandem to support artists and serve as an innovative cultural hub for the community. 10-week live/work residencies are offered to local and international artists.

Location: Washington, DC, United States
Rewards: $5,000 artist stipend, accommodation, studio, and more.

Headlands Center for the Arts | Residency Program

The Artist in Residence (AIR) program is at the heart of Headlands. It offers fully sponsored residencies of four to ten weeks and studios to local, national, and international artists working in all disciplines.

Location: Sausalito, CA, United States

Children's Museum of Pittsburgh | Art Intervention Residency

Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh is offering a new artist residency opportunity focused on temporary, site-specific art interventions that complement and enhance the existing exhibit galleries and interior spaces. Artists, creatives and designers working in all mediums are encouraged to apply.

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States
Rewards: $4,000 stipend, $1,500 materials budget, and exhibtion.

Oak Spring Garden Foundation | Interdisciplinary Residencies

The goal of this program is to provide individuals with the time and space to pursue their own creative projects alongside other residents who may be examining plants, landscapes, gardens, and the natural world from different perspectives. Artists, conservation practitioners, researchers, scholars, scientists, and/or writers are encouraged to apply.

Location: 3 months
Rewards: $350 travel stipend, $200 food and supplies
